Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. TCA Performance Auto Accessories- Sole Proprietorship LLC  reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request. Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. CANCELLATION POLICY
The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed. Cancellation is an option given to the customer to have a change of mind after making the payment and before receiving the goods.. Eg.  Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver our Products to all over UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 26 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
